International terrorism crime is one of the biggest issues concerned by international society.From the time United Nations was founded, dozens of conventions have been concluded to fight against terrorism. The international society has already realize that terrorism is not one issue of one certain country but a big problem of all the countries. Meanwhile, lawmakers of all the countries are stepping up their efforts on making current laws keep up with the times. China has formed its draft of anti-terrorism law for the first time.Jurisdiction study plays an important role in lawmaking and practicing. In this article, the jurisdiction theory of international anti-terrorism law is studied. Comparison is made between the jurisdiction of Crime Law of China and those of laws from other countries. Suggestions are made in the article for lawmaker of China to make international anti-terrorism jurisdiction more practical.In the first chapter, a brief introduction of background of the topic is made. Readers will have clear knowledge of current status for international terrorism by studying the characteristics of it.We will see legislation of anti-terrorism law is a pressing task for us.The second chapter contains analysis of jurisdiction articles of Crime Law of China and other countries. With this part, readers will learn the similarities and differences between different anti-terrorism laws.For the last two chapters, merits and drawbacks of current crime law of China are addressed in terms of jurisdiction articles. Several advice is given in this article. They are extending the scope of jurisdiction in future anti-terrorism law, defining cyber terrorism crime jurisdiction and coordinating with international covens and laws.
