In recent years, the employment problem about the new generation of migrant workers not only becomes to the focus of academic attention, but also becomes the'number one' Project of all levels government. But people tend to gather focus in the number of jobs they get respect, and as the quality of employment an important indicator of a comprehensive reflection of their employment situation has not been attract enough attention. Therefore, this article from the perspective of social capital,the systematic study analyzed the quality of employment.This article taken multistage sampling, Guiyang City, 250 new generation migrant workers conducted a survey, and 20 masterpieces depth interviews after the collected data using SPSS22.0 software for statistical analysis, the conclusion that the following conclusions. First, the ascription resources and post-induced resources all impact of the social capital of Guiyang City, the new generation of migrant workers,which the ascription of resources in the health level of possession of network size and network quality impact of social capital on their significant, then consistency resources of social capital of three factors influenced possession of their level of education, experience and stay only affects the quality of their network. Secondly, the social capital of Guiyang City, the new generation of migrant workers in possession,network size and network quality. It produced a significant positive impact on the quality of employment. And finally, in Guiyang City, the new generation of migrant workers, the use of social capital will have an effect on the quality of employment.The study conclusions related the micro, meso and macro three levels countermeasures that can be taken, "Trinity" strategy to expand in Guiyang generation of migrant workers social capital, thus steadily improve their quality of employment. Mainly refer to the new generation of migrant workers, businesses,governments at the same time force: the new generation of migrant workers should have the correct values on professional, and at the same time, they should be fully utilized and maintenance of social capital itself have, tried to expand their connections,the quality of employment as well as employment and lay 'social capital'basis. Enterprises have been seen as a key part of the new generation of migrant workers to enhancing the quality of employment. So should think more about their working conditions, wages and benefits and other aspects of labor contracts. And as the Guiyang municipal government is concerned could be social support networks new generation of migrant workers, vocational training ability, social security and other aspects to further improve and enhance their quality of employment.
