| The public entrepreneurship is rich. It is not only a social behavior, but also a kind of economic regulation. It is the power source way of "Build a moderately prosperous society". Public entrepreneurship is driven by the requirement of our country, which is speeding up the implementation of innovation strategy, taking the initiative to adapt to and lead the economic development in the new normal.It will play a huge role in promoting economic and social development in China. A climax of public entrepreneurship, "grassroots entrepreneurship" will rise.As the eastern coastal city, Lianyungang has a unique condition in regional, but in recent years, the downward pressure of economic is big, and the affection of economic development driven by the masses entrepreneurship which is as a new Economic momentum is not obvious. At present, few scholars in the domestic and foreign studies on theory research of the government supporting of the venture. Local governments also have no systematic mechanism in terms of public support entrepreneurship. Government support plays the leading role on promoting the rise of mass entrepreneurship. In this term,the article selects the support of government in entrepreneurship as an explore topics,hoping to contribute to the area of government support entrepreneurship theoretical and provide a reference for the Lianyungang city government in supporting public Pioneering Work.Firstly, the paper describes the background and significance of the topic,as well as the research of support on public activities in domestic and foreign government, overview public connotation and theory of public entrepreneurship, taking research combining theoretical and empirical research, using the way of literature review, comparative analysis and case analysis together. Lianyungang city, for example, writer focuses and analysis on the environment of regional, structure of personnel, economic structure and other factors. Discuss the support of public entrepreneurship of Lianyungang government from specific support of government measures, the effect of the implementation and the main features of support policies. This paper discusses the present conditions of popularentrepreneurship which promoted by the Lianyungang municipal government.
