| Environmental group events, which are caused by environmental problems, are an branch of group events. With the accelerated pace of social and economic development, the contradiction between resource environment and economic development of our country has becoming increasingly prominent, and the situation of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious. Environmental issues continue to accumulate, which have become an important cause of group events. In recent years, environmental group events of our country show a high incidence of frequent situation, and have been attracting more and more attention. Environmental group events are the realistic factors that impact the social order. In order to prevent them in advance, deal with them correctly, and manage them effectively, it is necessary to have an objective understanding of the formation and evolution of environmental group events, and analyze the evolution laws, development trends and evolution mechanisms in detail.The paper uses the data studies, case analysis and multi-dimensional evolutionary induction analysis. On the basis of the review of relevant literatures at home and abroad, according to the principles of time ranges of incidents, social impact degree, availability and completeness of information, eighteen typical environmental group events were selected from the collected environmental cases. Based on cases, evolution laws of environmental group events were analyzed from the view of time dimension of a single incident and the view of overall field and space dimensions respectively. And the corresponding coping strategies were put forward.From the view of time dimension of an incident, the stage evolution model of environmental group events was constructed by taking the time development of events as the main line. And the analysis of each evolution stage and the whole process were completed. Environmental group events were discussed by dividing into “The type of stage suspension “and "The type of full cycle evolution". And the evolution mechanisms of each stage were analyzed.From the view of field dimension, the field regularity and evolution trends of the environmental group events were analyzed by taking the fields of incidents as the main line. And found the representative fields of environmental group events, including infrastructure construction of large and medium sized cities, large projects of large scale modern chemical enterprises, illegal sewage in medium and small towns and rural areas and so on.From the view of space dimension, the regional regularity and evolution trends of environmental group events were analyzed by taking the regional space as the main line. And found that environmental group events happened much more in the eastern coastal areas, areas along the river, developed areas, in the middle of industrial development areas. And it showed the development trends that environmental group events were transferred from the eastern coast to the central and eastern areas, from large and medium sized cities to small and medium sized cities, from urban to rural areas.Through the above studies of environmental group events from the view of three dimensions, according to the regularity of stage evolution from the view of time dimension of an incident, the control strategies of government departments for environmental group events were put forward. Based on the evolution trend and cause of formation of field regularity from the view of field dimension, coping strategies of “To strengthen the prevention and control of high-risk areas ahead of pollution” were put forward. Based on the evolution trends and reasons of the regional regularity from the view of space dimension, coping strategies of “Pay attention to pollution diffusion which caused by industrial gradient transfer” were put forward.This research can serve as a reference for the actual management and prevention of environmental group events. And it can provide a reference for the analysis of other types of group events. |
