Study On Marx's Philosophy Of Rights

Marxist philosophy is the philosophy of historical materialism,the same is Marx's Philosophy of Rights.Although Marx did not have the works of philosophy of Rights, but there are questions of Rights on its various classics thinking and analysis of the reality of the phenomenon of Rights.This paper begins with time backgroud on studying the reason of Marx pay attention on Philosophy of Rights,and then discusses the theory of Marxist Philosophy of Rights Origins generated.By Marxist classical texts selected for comment or question method discussed in the text as a whole in order, on the basis of the development division of Marxist Philosophy of Rights, and pick out the most representative of each period the text of systematic analysis, so as to achieve the purpose of constructing the system of Marxist philosophy of Rights.This article attempts to take Marx's representative work each time as a clue and comb the formation and developing process of Marx's thought of legal philosophy from the early time to the maturation period. In the foundation of restoring the Marx's legal philosophy's original condition, the article summarize Marx's thought of legal philosophy from a philosophical macoscopic theoretically for the following three aspects: the Rights ontology, the Rights value and the Rights methodology. The method of Marxist philosophy of Rights is an important source of socialist philosophy of Rights theory is an important part of world Rights philosophy, so Marx philosophy of Rights has strong vitality, and plays its unique theory and philosophy in the world and the rule of Rights in today's contemporary practice in China role.
