Marx's Thought Of Legal Philosophy And Its Contemporary Value

Marx's legal philosophy is in a profound impact on the western legal philosophy in its thorough criticism spirit, promoted simultaneously and enhanced the fundamental research of Chinese legal philosophy. Marx's legal philosophy also has the significant guiding sense to the contemporary Chinese legislative work, prominently displaying in the humanist legal values.
