Humanistic Perspectives Of Marxism Ideological And Political Education And Innovative Talents Training

As the development of global integration and the knowledge-based economy, it has brought new opportunity and challenge to our society, in order to hold the opportunity and realize high speed development, all over the world attach great importance to cultivate talents, however, the talents needed most by Globalization Age and Information Age is creative talents. Therefore, cultivating creative talents become the basic duty of contemporary education, and it also is the important duty of ideological and political education. because the duty and themes of ideological and political education is the same as times, ideological and political education has different task in different historical period, Nowadays, the scientific outlook on development of"people oriented"as the significant strategic concept of China ,it inherit and develop from the theory about all-round development of human being in the human theory of Marxism, it highlight the human theory of Marxism ,endow the human theory of Marxism with new times characteristic. Therefore, elaborating on human theory of Marxism, so as to make the ideological and political education have a good grasp of the law about existence and essence of human being, then instruct ideological and political education in cultivating creative talents, it have the great theory significance and practice significance for cultivating creative talents with scientific world outlook and lofty value of life in the new situation as well as build people oriented idea in the ideological and political education.This article expand from four aspect, first aspect, separately elaborated the relation between the human theory of Marxism and creative talents as well as the relation between the ideological and political education and creative talents. Second aspect, stating the ideological and political education is based on the human theory of Marxism from three aspect ,that is practically,sociality,humanistic care. Third aspect,,applying the human theory of Marxism to inspect current situation of the ideological and political education on campus. Fourth aspect, according to the main theory of the human theory of Marxism, set up the principle of the ideological and political education in cultivating creative talents. Finally, systematically construct the way which the university ideological and political education cultivate creative talents.
