Research On Red Education And Training In Yan'An From The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Work

Focusing on ideological and political work,Red education and training in Yan 'an has developed rapidly in recent years and achieved good results.This is because the purpose of red education and training is consistent with ideological and political education.Red education and training is an important carrier of ideological and political education,and red education and training provides high-quality resources for ideological and political education.Red education training in the ideological and political education of Party members and cadres focus on the first is the awareness of hardship education,the second is the innovation awareness education,the third is the purpose awareness education,the fourth is the mission awareness education;Yan 'an Red education and training has a unique resource advantage.The main contents of education and training based on these red resources include Yan 'an spirit education,ideology and belief education,revolutionary tradition education and mission education.The main methods of education and training include thematic teaching,on-site teaching and passionate teaching.Through investigation and research,we find that there are five problems in red education and training in Yan 'an in the new era: first,the training content is not well targeted;second,the training form experience is not good;third,the utilization of training resources is not high;fourth,the starting point of training and teaching is not new;fifth,the seriousness of training and assessment is not enough.The reasons are as follows:(1)the demand survey needs to be further carried out;(2)the system construction is not comprehensive;(3)the training courses lack effectiveness;(4)the training learning purpose is unclear;(5)the evaluation system is difficult to be implemented.Therefore,we should always focus on ideological and political education and comprehensively improve the quality of red education and training in Yan 'an.First of all,we should stick to the goal of ideological and political education and strengthenthe top-level design of Red education and training in Yan 'an: first,we should establish a clear red education guiding ideology;second,we should adhere to a clear principle of development;third,we should find a clear development orientation;fourth,we should strengthen clear measures and guarantees.Secondly,it is necessary to effectively integrate ideological and political education forces and accelerate the development practice of Red education in Yan 'an.First,it is necessary to further improve the training school-running system;second,it is necessary to optimize the teaching,especially the curriculum system;third,it is necessary to carry out in-depth training demand analysis;fourth,it is necessary to standardize training management;fifth,it is necessary to strengthen training supervision and management.Finally,it is necessary to establish a sound training and evaluation system with ideological and political education as the core:first,to strengthen the assessment and evaluation of students' learning quality;second,to strengthen the assessment and evaluation of teachers' teaching quality;third,to build a good evaluation system of Yan 'an Red education and training.In this way,we can promote the comprehensive upgrading of Red education and training in Yan 'an from the perspective of ideological and political work,and demonstrate the powerful power of red education and training.
