Work pressure, poor economic treatment, career prospects are not very clear, and so on, most of the township cadres in Meizhou City, said the work pressure is huge. Too much work pressure not only has a very negative impact on the individual, family and organization of the township cadres, and even lead to the generation of the village cadres' turnover behavior. As the main function of our country's grass-roots government, township cadres shoulder the task of social management and service functions, their mental health status and behavior of the community has a direct impact on the role of. Therefore, the system of the pressure of job of cadre of villages and towns and demission tendency of research and analysis at this stage of Meizhou city cadre of villages and towns work pressure and turnover intention, and to investigate the work stress and turnover intention relationship for scientific management of work pressure and reduce turnover inclination to and strengthen the effectiveness of the management of cadre of villages and towns and targeted has positive practical significance.Based on the review of existing literature, this study measures the work pressure and turnover intention of township cadres in Meizhou City, based on the selection of OSI scale and turnover intention scale, respectively. Research by the site to distribute questionnaire, sample covering 4 counties in Meizhou 280 Township cadres. The survey data for reliability and validity analysis, descriptive analysis and regression analysis, the main conclusions were drawn as follows:(1) in Meizhou City, township cadres overall stress levels in the intermediate and turnover intention in middle level.(2) there is a positive correlation between the different dimensions of work stress and turnover intention of township cadres in Meizhou city. Regression analysis showed that job stress has a certain predictive effect on turnover intention, but only on the part of the job stress, there is a predictive effect on turnover intention.(3) according to the results of analysis, respectively from the individual level and organizational level, proposed helps to relieve the pressure of job of cadre of villages and towns, low level of turnover intention measures: individual level: clear of cadre of villages and towns work objectives and tasks, reduce role conflict; continue to improve the government's organizational structure and system; increase of the township cadres training, training of career planning and thinking; keep good interpersonal communication, to create a harmonious atmosphere in the organization; pay attention to the influence of external factors, pay attention to cadre of villages and towns work family conflict.
