Township civil servants are the grassroots ranks of our country's ruling ranks.They face the masses and serve the countryside.They are the most basic bridge and link between the party and government and township masses.However,the work of township civil servants involves all aspects of rural grassroots,the content is cumbersome,and the great work pressure brought by the "one-vote veto" working mechanism is not based on the treatment income at the bottom of the pyramid and the narrow promotion channels.The flow phenomenon is becoming more and more obvious.Guangdong is a major economic province in China,but the problem of unbalanced development in northwestern Guangdong and the Pearl River Delta region is more obvious.A stable township civil servant team has implemented the strategy of rural revitalization and narrowed the development gap between northwestern Guangdong and the Pearl River Delta region.Seems particularly important.In recent years,many township civil servants have used the township government as a "pedal",and the phenomenon of one-way separation of township civil servants has become more and more obvious.In recent years,domestic and foreign scholars' research on the turnover tendency of public sector employees has shown that psychological contract is an important factor in the management of public sector employees.Based on the background of working in townships in Yangxi County,in order to improve the effectiveness of the township government in Yangxi County and promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in Yangxi County,it is necessary to understand the relationship between the psychological contract of the township civil servants in Yangxi County and the turnover tendency.How the psychological contract affects key issues such as the turnover tendency of township civil servants in Yangxi County,so as to reduce theprobability of occurrence of turnover intentions of township civil servants in Yangxi County and reduce turnover behavior.Based on the literature analysis method and semi-structured interview method,on the basis of the psychological contract three-dimensional structure more recognized by domestic scholars,the author adopts the domestic scholar Li Yuan 's three-dimensional psychological contract organizational responsibility,combined with China 's administrative system structure and the development characteristics of the civil service industry.Social recognition is included in the measurement range,with psychological contract as the independent variable and turnover intention as the dependent variable,the relationship hypothesis between variables is proposed,the psychological contract data of township civil servants in Yangxi County is collected through questionnaire survey,and the relevant analysis and regression analysis methods are applied Examining the impact of psychological contracts on civil servants in townships in Yangxi County.Empirical research results show that the psychological contract of Yangxi County township civil servants has a significant negative correlation with the turnover tendency.The psychological contract can negatively predict the turnover tendency of Yangxi County township civil servants,and the psychological contract normative responsibility,development responsibility,and environmental type Three different dimensions of responsibility have different degrees of negative influence on the turnover intention of civil servants in Yangxi County.Among them,the negative prediction result of the standardized responsibility on the turnover tendency is the most significant,and the negative prediction of the environmental responsibility on the turnover tendency The weakest.Based on the research results,based on the psychological contract theory,from the three dimensions of developmental responsibility,normative responsibility,environmental responsibility and the individual level of Yangxi County township civil servants,suggestions are proposed to reduce the turnover tendency of Yangxi County township civil servants.Such as promoting the reform of the salary system of township civil servants,increasing the subsidies for township posts in remote areas,implementing a classified management system,improving the social recognition of township civil servants,appropriately relaxing the registration requirements for household registration candidates,and strengthening the professional identity of township civil servants.
