A Study On The Influence Of The Political Trust Of The Villagers On The Performance Of Village Governance

Village governance is an important link of the country governance and the modernization of national governance capacity. The level of its governance performance directly related to the vital interests of the masses of villagers. The degree of political trust of villagers who are the main part of village governance has a close relationship with the performance of village governance.Political trust, as a kind of political attitude of the villagers, is becoming more and more important to the management. In the village level, it performance as villagers trust and expectation on the village decision-making.Therefore, based on field research, my thesis studied village governance performance from the perspective of political trust, trying to explore the relationship between villagers political trust and village governance performance. On this basis, my thesis explore effective way to further improve village governance performance.Based on this, my thesis use case research method and comparative research method to study village c and village s which are under the same administrative leaders in Shanxi province.After excluding homogeneity factors, i found:the performance of village governance is closely related to the level of political trust of the villagers.Then further analysis the impact mechanism of the villagers political trust on the performance of village governance.Specifically, first of all, the villagers' political trust as an important driving force of public participation, through the influence on the villagers public participation behavior, and then affect the village governance performance;Secondly, the political trust as a psychological factor, it will affect villagers whether to cooperate with village public affairs,the efficiency and quality of decision-making and the village governance performance. Finally, political trust will affect the determination of the individual behavior of the villagers and the village social order, which is bound to affect the governance performance of the village.Above all,the role of political trust should not be ignored.High level of political trust is more easy to play its social function, the integration of village governance resources to improve governance performance,Integrate village governance resources.Conversely, losing of political trust may result in the rural society gradually losing their inward force, which is fatal for the village governance.Therefore, to improve the performance of village governance,we must strengthen program trust,optimize the relationship between cadres and masses and create a good atmosphere of the village.Only gathering the strength of the villagers from their heart, can we set the power of the villagers on the village governance and constantly promote the innovation and improvement of the village management system.
