In recent years,due to the popularity of smart phones and the increasing number of users in social software,more and more people begin to pay close attention to its huge commercial value.A new type of e-commerce which relies on the mobile social software has been appearing.That is wechat business.Because it has the advantages of easily to access,simplicity of operation,flexible working hours,the wechat business has made an explosive development and helps a lot of people achieving their dreams of opening an their own shop.Since there is no clear legal rules,lacking of regulatory measures that exists in the traditional network shopping and there is no good faith consciousness in the sellers' brain and the problem of excessive publicity,too much fakes goods appears in wechat business.The rights and interests of consumers was harmed and it is difficult to protect their legal right.Therefore,how to protect the rights of consumer in wechat business is a problem that we have to solve at the moment.In addition to the introduction and conclusion the article has three parts.The first part of this article is putting forward the problem.Because the wechat business is a new kind of shopping mode.Firstly,the author defined it is a kind of new network shopping mode which based on the social notework platforms.Then,the author analyzes the advantages of the wechat business compared with the traditional shopping.Then,the author analyzes the difficulties of protecting the consumers' right.These difficulties include the violation of consumers' right is not easily perceived and it is extremely difficult for consumers to realize the the right to receive compensation and the cost is too much to protect the right of consumers in wechat business.The second part is the analysis of the reason why the right of consumers is easily to be violated from the perspectives of the legislation,business regulation and the social networking platform.The reasons include the predicament in governmental administrations of industry and commerce The lack of the market access system in wechat business and there are no effective regulatory measures for wechat business and the social networking platform has no regulation to wechat business.The third part is to solve the problem.This article will put forward some practicable suggestions according to the characteristics of wechat business These Suggestions include perfecting the relevant laws and set up the regulatory mechanism for industry and commerce by Wechat public number and implement the regulatory responsibilities for social platform.To be specific,the suggestions includes clear the responsibility of the social platform and perfecting the public welfare lawsuit system,build the system of electronic access for wechat business by different type and the mobile online dispute resolution,practice the system of certification and set up a third-party payment system in wechat business and build the system of credit evaluation.and blacklist and the system of advance compensation.
