Research On The Problem Of Pension Security Of Hunan Construction Engineering Group

With the aging of the population increased,the problem of the world's pension becomes very serious,the degree of perfection of the pension system is directly related to the stability of the society,so the government's attention.In this paper,Changsha City,Hunan Province Construction Engineering Group as the research object,through the actual investigation and statistical analysis,find the main problems existing in the state-owned enterprise of our country old-age security has the following several points: the quality of life of the elderly is not high;2 the elderly happy sense refers to the number of low;3 of many workers pension arrears;4 endowment insurance socialization degree is very low;there are loopholes in the five state-owned enterprise endowment insurance supervision mechanism;6 of the existing legal mechanism is not perfect enough.Through the analysis of the current state-owned enterprise old-age security problems,the proposed perfect state-owned enterprise endowment insurance policy of the method is as follows: government and government: by law to clear endowment patterns of different subjects;the establishment of reasonable old-age security system;integration of the endowment insurance system in state-owned enterprises;to establish a flexible adjustment mechanism.II social and community aspects: to promote community home endowment pattern of rapid development;attach importance to the important role of trade unions in state owned enterprises;increase the propaganda of the endowment insurance system;the state-owned enterprises' : pay attention to improve the treatment of retired workers,and the the basic humane care;the endowment insurance as a kind of enterprise culture construction;fourth,retired workers and their families: the family to give elderly people pay more attention to;retired worker maintain a positive state of mind.The state-owned enterprise endowment insurance policy innovation: execution of the old-age insurance system;reform of state-owned enterprise pension social service management;to think from the point of view of the system;continuous practice to accumulate experience.Hope that through this study,can provide some reference value for China's state-owned enterprise endowment security problem analysis and policy innovation.
