The Research Of Community Social Organizations Participating In Community Conflict Management

The China's economy achieve a leap-forward development because of the unprecedented social transformation,the society show a new face,but it followed new social conflicts and led to a series of social conflicts.The community is the foundation of society,it can be the first to reflect social changes,so the community conflicts can concentrated on reflect the contemporary social contradictions.The management of community conflict is a systematic and complex project,it is mandatory,it can gather all strength after the outbreak of the conflict,they cope with conflict together.but the government force can not cover all aspects of social life.The unknown of the conflict events can aggravate the government power “failure”,all of these require the government to tap the power of social organization,it should mobilize social resource to deal with conflict.Our society continue to progress,the society organization came into being,it play an increasingly important role in participating in social management and public service.Among them,the social organization is an important grass-roots organizational strength.In addition,they have the basic properties of non-government,non-profit and self-government,it also has the characteristics that its range of activities mainly in the community and its service objects are mainly the residents.The community social organization can go deep into the community residents,it services based on the needs of residents,these features of the community organization make it play an important role in the community conflict governance.But in fact,our social organization is still in the germination,growth stage,it has the characteristics of congenital deficiency and slow development,it plays a limited role in the governance of community conflicts.The paper takes community A from Xicheng District,Beijing for example,it systemly introduces the information of the community organizations and three kinds of main community conflicts.Through interview with the people from community organization and community residents,I find and summarize the way,the strategies and the mechanisms that the social organizations participate in community conflict management.Then,the author reflects on the practice of social organizations to participate in community conflict,analysis of the social organizations themselves and the external environment,summed up the issues and limitations that social organizations to participate in community conflict governance.Finally,the author puts forward suggestions for the government and other relevant institutions,social organizations and the community level itself,We hope to promote the social organizations to participate in community conflict governance better,building a socialist harmonious community.
