Study On The Spillover Of Urban Community Conflict Issues And Its Propagation Path

Now,china is in an era of social structural transformation,with frequent social conflicts and intensified conflicts.As the basic unit of social life,the community has become the basic window for dialysis of social contradictions.This paper takes community conflict as the main research object,takes Xi'an as the research scope,and takes the report of community conflict in ? HuaShangBao ? as a research sample,and analyzes the dissemination and response of urban community conflict events.This paper analyzes the characteristics of community conflicts in Xi'an in the three years from 2016 to 2018 from the perspective of the overall development trend of community conflicts,the types of conflicts in community conflicts,the scope of community conflicts,and the subjects involved in community conflicts.In the study,the author also paid attention to the problem of community conflict spillovers.The author selects the community conflict events caused by pet problems,property rights issues and public facilities construction problems,studies typical cases,and analyzes the propagation paths of different problems.From the perspective of media role,the article points out that in the process of community conflicts,different media play different roles and roles.For example,traditional media plays the role of a leader in the process of community conflict communication,advocating civic rational thinking;while online media takes the initial communication of community conflict as the main position and plays the role of emotional linker;in the ideal state,community media Play the role of shaping the value community and the community of interests.However,different media have certain limitations in their dissemination.Therefore,we should correctly understand the functions of different media,and adopt a three-pronged approach to disseminate a perfect network for community communication and enhance the dissemination effect.After solving the problem at the communication level,the author also studied the response to community conflicts.The study found that social organizations(including the government),which are the main body of community conflicts,are often in a passive position in the response to community conflicts,and their coping strategies have problems such as lagging response,high posture,and mixed rhetoric.To this end,the author puts forward suggestions for the organization of crisis management according to the differentstages of community conflict communication,so that the organization can reshape the image of the organization and turn "risk" into "opportunity".
