The Current Situation And Governance Of Urban Community Conflict From The Perspective Of Collaborative Governance

In recent years,with the rapid improvement of economic level and the rapid expansion of urbanization scale,the continuous outbreak of urban community conflict has become an important issue of public society.The conflicts among different subjects in urban communities have been one after another,which has seriously affected the security and stability of the society.As a result,the grass-roots government,grass-roots courts and neighborhood committees have become the gathering places of various contradictions and conflicts.In order to promote the healthy development of community governance,it is necessary to solve the conflicts and contradictions between multiple subjects in urban communities.In order to better understand the current situation of urban community conflicts and explore effective conflict resolution strategies,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of 37 typical cases occurred in six districts of Taiyuan City,and combines the questionnaire survey and field survey of 30 communities,and selects the representative communities with conflicts and disputes to conduct field investigation,combined with the relevant grass-roots government work Through in-depth interviews with personnel,judges of grass-roots courts,key personnel of community neighborhood committees,property companies and representatives of owners' committee,this paper analyzes the types,evolution process and causes of community conflicts in Taiyuan.It is found that the main conflicts in Taiyuan are community interest conflict,community power conflict and community culture conflict.The main causes of community conflicts are the single subject of community conflict governance,the lack of multiple collaborative forces,the improvement of community residents' sense of autonomy,the weakening of traditional management ideas,the weakening of the applicability of the original system and the formation of new channels for conflict resolution.In view of the causes,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to build a multi subject collaborative governance platform,establish a cooperative governance concept,and strengthen the construction of governance legalization and mechanism.
