Since the reform and opening-up policy implementation,China's social organizations have developed continuously,and its social action continued to improve,it has also been concerned by the state and government,the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China have made clear that activating the energy of society organizations is a key of social innovation governance.However,since some historical reasons,the domestic academic circles didn't put the social organization as a high degree,relevant research is relatively scarce,especially in the social organizational change is more obvious.Therefore,this article select from the perspective of organizational change to study the social organization,the purpose is clear the logical of the social organization change and its path in a complex environment.To solve this problem,first I read a lot of literature about organizational change theory,and decided use the resource dependence theory and new institutional theory as a theoretical basis for researchand build a research framework for Chinese society organizational change.Secondly,I have interviewed X organization several times,and got a lot of first-hand information from interview the key figures of X organization,Simultaneously combined mediaand networks with other sources of secondary data collection to clear the development process of X organization.Finally,Ianalyzed the development process of X organization with the research framework that I have build.After that Igeneralized the problem on this basis,and then find and draw the logical path of Chinese socialorganizational change.This research'sresultsareto build research framework of Chinese society organizations.Resource dependence theory and new institutional organization theory as two schools of study,due to subvert the traditional closed-end organization research,praised the organization's exposure to environmental perspective to be recognized and developed.Although both views have some conflict,but they also complement each other,which together provide a strong theoretical support for the study of ChineseSocial Transformation.Then Iorganized and summarized the previous research on the basis of this paper,proposed a research framework that the social organizational changes influenced by the external environment that contains institutional and technological environment,and through the legitimacy and efficiencymechanisms deal the formal structure and functioningof social organizations respectively.This paper's conclusion is to clear the logical and path of Chinese social organizational change.The social organization change is affected by both institutional and technological environment,and is produced effect by the action of the legitimacy and efficiency mechanisms respectively,when they conflicts,the social organization's formal structure will be effected to change,when they unified,the social organization's functioning will be effected to change.So in this logic,the change path of Chinese Social Organizations will be that presents a shift from formal structural changes to the operating mode change.
