Development Bottlenecks And Strategies Of Supporting Social Organizations

In recent years,the development of supportive social organizations is faster and faster.Especially in Shang Hai,as the leading area of economic development,the development of social organizations is running in the forefront of the country.The same is true of supportive social organizations,which are gradually improving,but even in Shang Hai,there are some problems with supportive social organizations.Not only the quantity is insufficient,but also the quality is low.From the perspective of future development,it is undoubtedly an important topic for the construction of social organizations and even the whole society as a supporting social organization to improve step by step and undertake government functions.However,at the present stage,most studies on social organization development at home and abroad are carried out from a macro perspective.There are few studies on its internal development mechanism and project implementation,and there is a lack of representativeness.Therefore,Taking Shanghai as an example,this paper chooses a representative social organization service project as the research object.According to the practice of its specific projects,explore the development bottleneck of China's supporting social organizations.and put forward targeted promotion strategies according to its problems..Based on the B Street Social Organization Service Center hosted by the indoor wing community service center,this paper focuses on the research.According to the interview data,the social organization service center is defined as a supporting social organization in Jing'an District,Shanghai.In this context,this paper takes Jing' an District B Street Social Organization Service Center,which is hosted by Wulixiang Community Service Center.Participatory observation and case interview were mainly used in the research methods.From the current situation and existing problems of community supervision of supporting social organizations as the focus,the problems existing in its development are deeply analyzed,so as to find out the causes of the problems and formulate corresponding countermeasures according to the reasons.In the realistic material and the theory angle of view has obtained the certain innovation.Through the summary of the actual work,the author has a clearer understanding of the progress of supporting social organizations and recognizes its important role in social management.The study found that the community-managed centre of B street,while achieving some results,has also solved the problem for the community,but at the same time it has exposed a variety of problems.First,the lack of personnel and funds is the main reason for restricting its development,and secondly,because of the excessive dependence on the government and the lack of good social and environmental support,the development of the organization is difficult,and a good communication mechanism has not been established between the organizations.The monopoly of market resources further restricts the development of the organization,and the shortage of the quantity of the organization and the capacity-building is one of the reasons leading to the development of the organization.From the external environment,including the government level to support the sustainable support of social organizations;Increase the penalties,create a good institutional environment;From the social level to improve public venture,encourage the development of supportive social organizations;From the perspective of social organizations,it is necessary to build a cooperative mechanism with the first-line operational social organizations.From the perspective of internal environment,supportive social organizations are extremely short of talents and have a high staff turnover rate.Therefore,talent construction and internal governance structure should be improved.At the same time,due to government policies,although supportive social organizations have project funds,they are also limited.They cannot use funds according to the actual situation.They need to standardize the internal operation and management of organizations and strengthen the financing capacity of supportive social service projects.
