| With the development of society and economy, the demand of community service is growing day by day,and the requirement of service is becoming more and more diversified.The government changed the traditional service mode,started working with social organizations through the way of purchasing service.On this basis,the linkage of community,social organizations and social workers"formed, in order to meet the demand of community service well.This article takes Y community good-neighborly center as the research object.Firstly,it analyzes the logical starting point of "the linkage of community,social organizations and social workers", including government purchasing service and the demand of community.On this basis, this article analyzes the roles of community,social organizations and social workers:community is the provider and of resources,the supporter of community service;the social organization is the subcontractor and practitioner of service project, the discoverer of the residents’ demand,the builder and manager of social workers;the social worker is the provider of professional service,the link of social resources. After that,taking service projects as examples,this article analyzes the work system of the linkage of community,social organizations and social workers.In addition,this article summarizes it’s results:connecting the various common resources in community neighborly service, meeting the demand of community neighborly service, promoting the innovation of community neighborly service.At the same time,this article also summarizes it’s problems:the development is inadequate in community,social organizations and social workers;the lack of institutional standards and sustainability in the linkage.Lastly,according to the above analysis,the author proposed correspondent countermeasure and suggestion as references to complete community neighborly service system, promote the development of local community service and improve social welfare. |
