A Study On Community-based Home Care System Fromthe Perspective Of The Linkage Of Community,Social Organization And Social Workers

In recent years,facing the increasingly serious aging situation,the problem of pension gradually has transferred from the household to the community.After continuously practicing and exploring,our government gradually establishes a"home-based,community-relied,institutional support" system.Meanwhile,our government constantly puts emphasis on the work of the community-based home care service which meets the Chinese tradition and the development of Chinese economy and society.It surely will be chosen by more people.And the model of" the linkage of community,social organization and social workers" will be the trend of Chinese development of the community-based home care service.This paper chooses the community-based home care service model in Linhe District of Bayannur City as the research object,which is different from the developed cities in the eastern part of China,the development of Community-based Home Care System of the Aged is still lagging behind.Therefore,it is useful to the research of our nation's development of community-based home care system.This paper focuses on the achievements that we have made and the problems that we have faced.Also learns from other cities then summarizes the model which is in accordance with the reality of Linhe.Based on this,this paper gives some advice with the hope of helping the community-based home care system has a long term development.
