Research On The Mode Of "Three Social Linkage" For Home-based Care Service In Urban Community

The "9073" social pension service pattern has become a social consensus.The 90%home-based care services is the basis and focus of the social pension service system.This paper studies home-based care services from the perspective of "three social linkages"service model,and discusses the feasibility of "three social linkages" embedded in urban community home-based care services.Taking Haidu Public Services in Fuzhou as an example:in order to enhance the delivery capacity of "three social linkages" home-based care services,Haidu Public Services surveys and analyzes the satisfaction levels of its services recipients.As a result,they proposed and established a "three social linkages"home care services precision mechanism featuring linkage,coordination,and efficiency.By integrating the "three social linkage"'s resources,Haidu Public Services has been able to enhance the delivery capacity of home care services,thus to improve the home services recipients' level of satisfaction and happiness.
