| Deepening the reform of the administrative examination and approval system,standardizing the administrative examination and approval,improving the efficiency of administrative examination and approval,is to improve the social attention to the market which can not be ignored as an important link.In November 2016,deepenning the reform of administrative examination and approval system to speed up promoting decentralization and stimulate the vitality of the market was held in Nanjing,the provincial Party Secretary Li Qiang pointed out that the current economic situation in our province is generally stable,but the real economy is difficult,economic downward pressure,the urgent need to create a relaxed environment for the enterprise through decentralization,deregulation,the market for "Teng bit" private investment to boost confidence,stimulate the creativity of the whole society of entrepreneurial activity.To do subtraction,reduction in decentralization and simplify the process,reduce the burden on enterprises efforts,through substantial decentralization,a decisive role in the market allocation of resources into full play.At the same time,we should actively do addition to strengthen the matter in the post regulation,optimize the work of government services,and strive to create a fair,just and orderly government ecosystem.As the province's transformation and upgrading the comprehensive reform pilot from 2013,Taizhou City,Jiangsu Province,should actively change the functions of the government,with the administrative examination and approval system reform and widening the service type government construction.Therefore,this dissertation aims to introduce some definition and ideas,through theoretical aspects,put forward proposals and tentative ideas of the reform of administrative examination and approval system,meanwhile to analysis Taizhou City in the process of the reform of the administrative examination and approval system that obtained achievements and existing problems. |
