T City Complaint Reporting Work Problems And Countermeasures Research

In our country,the petition system is a characteristic of political system.The people participate in politics,the exercise of their rights cannot leave it,it is an important way of promoting the close ties between the party and the masses,is also an important means of people's expression interests above.The eighteenth big once pointed out: "to improve and seek new social management mode is the necessary means of building a harmonious society.At the same time should also strive to resolve the contradictions among the people,guarantee the legitimate rights and interests of the people is not violated,improve the system,make full use of the people,judicial,administrative three mediation system,the three systems,and to widen the channel of the mass appeal,make sure their interests and rights will not be damaged".And reporting work of good or bad,has an inseparable relationship with social stability.The article was based on this background of T city conduct the thorough research to the complaint reporting handling office.This paper USES research methods including literature research,questionnaire method and interview method,first USES the literature methodology,on the basis of consulting a large number of relevant literature,summarized the research status quo of letters and visits;Secondly,by applying the method of questionnaire to T city people understanding of the current petition work and understanding,for data analysis;Finally take the interview method,with T city as an example in interviews related departments on the basis of the collected complaint case data such as T city nearly three years.This paper mainly divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,then elaborated the paper research background,significance,development present situation,to explore the content,methods and innovations,and so on.The second chapter is related definitions and theoretical basis,mainly introduces related definition and system of the handling of complaint reporting,working procedures and the corresponding theory,provide necessary theory basis for the below inquiry.The third chapter is T city reporting work present situation investigation and problem analysis,first of all,T city reporting work present situation investigation and analysis,and then expounds the shortcomings and problems in T city reporting work,and to dig deeper into the cause of problem.The fourth chapter is countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the T city reporting work.The last chapter is conclusion and prospect,and made a summary the full text.Through the study found that T city petition work has made some achievements but there are also many problems including the number of petitioners phenomenon more and more,visit constantly,the complaint reporting cases complicated and reception department of government and the masses satisfaction is not high led to the decrease of the government credibility and so on,causes of these problems is not only due to the system,the system of letters and visits is not perfect but also due to weak reporting staff and reporting responsibility mechanism is not perfect.This paper also puts forward the solutions to solve these problems from the source to prevent and reduce the complaint case happened,broadening the channels for complaint letters and visits and innovation service content,etc.Paper studies from the perspective of public management,the complaint reporting handling office and find out the influence of letters and visits and carries on the improvement aiming at these problems,to perfect and improve the three cities,especially in T city reporting work status have certain reference significance.
