With the rapid development of economy and the deepening of reform,the external environment and internal environment of our government departments have undergone tremendous and profound changes,which put forward higher requirements to the government's governance ability and management level.As the direct performer of government public affairs management,the challenges and pressures faced by grassroots administrative law enforcement officers have reached an unprecedented level.At the same time,professional burnout in modern society has become a common phenomenon,the grassroots administrative law enforcement officers job burnout is particularly serious.As a street bureaucratic,grassroots administrative law enforcement officers at the end of the implementation of the policy,directly to the public implementation of government management functions,in a sense is the specific representative of the government.Grassroots political law enforcement personnel work quality and performance directly affect the government image,administrative capacity,leading the public to the government evaluation.Therefore,the serious job burnout phenomenon,not only affect the grassroots administrative law enforcement officers of their own mental health and work status,but also affect the performance of the entire organization,and even affect the image of the various functional departments.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen the research on job burnout of grassroots administrative law enforcement personnel,improve the management level and administrative efficiency of the government,and establish a good government image.Different from the majority of researchers concerned about the grassroots administrative law enforcement officers of the control problem,this paper to street bureaucratic theory as a perspective to study the grassroots administrative law enforcement officers job burnout problem.This paper chooses the grassroots administrative law enforcement personnel of Jinan City as the research object,uses the questionnaire survey mode,combines the job burnout theory model to understand the current situation of the professional burnout of the grassroots administrative law enforcement personnel in Jinan city,and analyzes the influencing factors on this basis.The survey results show that the overall level of job burnout in the grassroots administrative law enforcement personnel in Jinan is relatively high,and there are obvious differences in gender and age and other population variables.The phenomenon of job burnout of grassroots administrative law enforcement personnel is the result of complex and common factors.The article is analyzed and summarized from four aspects:personal,work,organization and society,and on the basis of the cause analysis,The corresponding measures to alleviate the job burnout of grassroots administrative law enforcement officers and methods,hoping to protect the occupational groups of physical and mental health and improve the effectiveness of the government to provide effective protection.
