Research On The Public Opinion Disposal Of The Shandong Yellow River System

Nowadays,the Internet affects the ecology of social public opinion profoundly.Network public opinion reflects public opinion and provides services for government management decision-making,but network pubic opinion is difficult to supervise,it tendsto be accompanied by negative opinions and false news,which impacts government management and public ideology seriously.The author works at Yellow River Shandong Bureau,an administrative department for Shandong section of the Yellow River.When there is flood,drought and major River-related incidents,it is easily accompanied by secondary hazards of network public opinion crisis.How to avoid risks of network public opinion and effectively handle network public opinion has great practical significance and can provide reference for other government agencies and institutions.Based on methods of literature research and case analysis,this paper makes use of relevant theories of public crisis management and news communication,systematically combs the current problems in network public opinion disposal of the Yellow River Shandong Bureau system,and then puts forward some optimal suggestions.The first and second chapters of the paper clarify the background and significance of the topic,comb the research situation at home and abroad,analyze the definition of network public opinion and expatiate the theory of crisis management and news communication,which provide theoretical foundation for the paper.The third chapter elaborates the status of the network public opinion disposition of the Yellow River Shandong Bureau system,and points out the organizational labor division,the work flow,and the information distribution measure and discipline.The fourth chapter selected three typical cases of network public opinion disposal in the Yellow River Basin this year,-"Henan Yellow River Beach 'black brickkiln","Jinan Yellow River reserve stone clumps" to fill the soil"," Yellow River Jinan section after the Tomb-sweeping Day garbage everywhere",Analyzes the experiences of the disposal process,and provides reference for optimizing the public opinion disposition of the Yellow River Shandong Bureau system.The fifth chapter according to the merits and demerits of the situation of the public handling and disposal of the Yellow River Shandong Bureau system,the problems in the various aspects of the work are analyzed comprehensively.In the sixth chapter,the author puts forward some suggestions to optimize internet public opinion disposition mechanism of the Yellow River system in Shandong Province.Establish professional network public opinion disposal organization system and optimize network public opinion monitoring and judgment mechanism.,and establish an evaluation index system of network public opinion disposal capacity of the Yellow River system in Shandong Province.It should clarify principles that should be adhered to,better press spokesman system,improve public opinion guidance ability of official websites,build microblogs and wechat official account platforms for administrative management,take advantage of public media platforms to guide public opinions.It should hold correct idea of network public opinion disposition,strive to repair images of government agencies and institutions.
