Research On The Ability Of Public Opinion Disposition Of Government Network In Group Events

With the high-speed development of Internet era, more and more mass incidents continuously with new characteristics in the development. Mass incidents is an important part of the government crisis management. The development of network public opinion in mass incidents must play an important role in the process of government attaches great importance to. In the research field of current mass incidents did not research on government disposal ability, this is a relatively new government issue. From previous studies, the research of network public opinion mainly focus on public opinion and communication theory, rare from the perspective of political science and management of network public opinion government disposal ability were studied. This article combines the disciplines such as communication, management and science of administration theory and method, through the case study, analysis the development process and characteristics of network public opinion, and combining with the characteristics of the development of the network public opinion and the government network public opinion disposal ability promotion strategy is put forward.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part, including the introduction and the core concepts and theoretical basis, mainly pointed out in this paper, the background and the practical significance and theoretical significance of writing.
