Research On The Strategy Of Network Public Opinion Disposal Of Sudden Events In Prefecture Level City

Internet public opinion is a result of social events and social problems caused by the Internet channel expression,dissemination of people's views and attitudes towards the event,and the resulting behavior orientation.For the network of public opinion,we should have a clear and profound understanding,compared with the traditional public opinion,influence of the network public opinion spread faster and wider and the dissemination way more and more frequently,because of the spread spread density caused more profound.China is in a "profound reform of theory part of this paper,using the methods of literature research and combination of theoretical research in these two chapters,for the purpose of writing this article,the significance ideas" of the overall social transition period,the social differentiation is accelerating,social heterogeneity,social contradictions and social conflicts,the people of the strengthening of the sense of relative deprivation,unexpected events in a linear upward trend of society the stable situation is grim.In this case,once the emergency is a network of media or Internet users reported that a short period of time will cause users attention,relevant reports repeatedly reproduced,spread rapidly,inappropriate response may even evolve into a crisis of public opinion of local or national,or even could cause mass accumulation,caused by mass incidents the outbreak caused great harm to the social order and safety of public and private property.Taking Yongzhou city in Hunan Province as an example,this paper discusses what measures should be taken to deal with the network public opinion in Yongzhou city.The first two chapters is the basic theory part of this paper,using the methods of literature research and combination of theoretical research in these two chapters,for the purpose,significance and the related literature at home and abroad and described the theory;the third chapter describes the characteristics of emergency network public opinion regularity and the challenges faced by cities the fourth chapter;taking Yongzhou city as the research object,through the method of comparative analysis,analyzes the current situation of emergency network public opinion disposal in Yongzhou City,the existing problems;the fifth chapter public opinion Office of Yongzhou city emergency set clear emergency network public opinion on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the coping strategies and basic principles,to provide a reference value for the municipal government emergency network public opinion.
