Study On County Sage Participate In The Rural Governance Based On The Marxism Nation Governance

Advancing the modernization of the state governance system and governing capacity has been established as a general objective for the comprehensively deepening reform in the third plenary session of 18 th Central Committee of CPC.This is not only an inheritance and innovation for the Marxist state theory,but also a summary for the evolution of state governance mode since the foundation of PRC.The proper governance of the state shall take the agriculture as a priority.Rural governance constitutes an important part of the state governance system,the level of which is a major political issue concerning long period of order and stability of the state.China,as an ancient civilization,has developed unique wisdoms and accumulated vast experiences in state governance and social or ganization.Country sage and its derived culture are important parts of them.This study,which is based on basic stance,thought and methodology of Marxism,will take the issue of squire taking part in rural governance as the starting point.It will first elaborate relevant concepts,such as country sage,country sage culture,rural governance,state governance.Among them,the fully analysis of the country sage will highlight the value basis of its existence in rural governance.By analyzing multiple challenges against the participation of the country sage in rural governance,based on Marxist state governance theory,try to analyze those challenges and doing path analysis.This study presents three approaches for this issue: Firstly,encourage and promote new country sage return home.Secondly,guide and strengthen the self-management ability of country sage.Thirdly,exert the power of country sage and improve the system of the rural governance.
