Research On New County Sage Cultural Construction Under The Back Ground Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Since the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,Chinese President Xi Jinping clearly pointed out that rural revitalization should realize the revitalization of rural industries,rural talents,rural culture,rural ecology and rural organizations.The construction of new county sage cultural not only enriches the connotation of rural culture,but also provides spiritual power for industrial prosperity,rural civilization and rural governance.As the promotion of the strategy of rural revitalization,a wave of new county sage returning home has been set off all over the country.The construction of new county sage culture has developed rapidly and made some achievements,but at the same time,the problems and shortcomings in the construction gradually highlighted.It is urgently need further investigation and research how to give full play to the role of local government and the construction of new county sage,how to standardize the team of new county sage and other issues.Exploring the strategic background of rural revitalization and strengthen the main path of cultural construction of new county sage,which is of great significance to promote the implementation and rural civilization,but there are still some major problems,such as the small number of new sage culture subjects,the insufficient play of the overall role,and the backward cultural carriers.The lack of local government's ideological understanding leads to "Absence",imperfect participation,supervision and incentive system,and alienation of some new county sage,which seriously hinders the construction and development of new county sage culture.Be based on the dialectical relationship between the strategy of Rural Revitalization and the new county sage culture,according to the main problems and reasons analysis.The paper discussing the main way to strengthen the new county sage cultural construction under the background of the strategy of rural revitalization from four aspect: first,strengthen the leading role of the party and government in the construction,;second,enhance the self construction of new county sage subject;third,strengthen the innovation of the culture
