Empirically Research On The Factors That Influence Eco-village Construction In Xiang Xi

Ecological village construction is a long and complicated system engineering,which is related to coordinated development of three subsystems,including economy,society and nature.Eco-village construction,at present,is still in the forming stage in our country.Eco-village construction needs to deal with and coordinate the relationships between distribution of the interests of different stakeholders and the issues from main body behavior.In order to scientifically and effectively establish evaluation indexes for eco-village construction and calculation mechanism play a positive role in coordination relationship between ecological environmental protection and economic growth in national minority areas.This study first takes an ecological village in hunan national regions(Chi yuo village) as the research object,the study draws theoretical support from theory of ecological economics,sustainable development and urban and rural integration theory, the paper takes cues from the research which belongs to the related scholars. Then from the perspective of the peasant household age 18 variables,constructing influence factors of ecological village and collecting the data of 18 variables and analyzing through a questionnaire from househome.Moreover,extracting the factors,including household characteristics,and the characteristics of farm households, farmers on preliminary cognition,ecological village itself factors.Finally,the relationship of each variable and farmers’ comprehensive development index is analysed by regression mothod.The findings indicate that :(1)Household characteristics have a significantly positive impact on farmers comprehensive development index, regression coefficient is 7.451.the effect of receiving the education situation on farmer comprehensive development index is positive,the loading factor value is 0.842.Householder age has a negative influence on farmers comprehensive development index,the loading factor is 0.745,in support of the original hypothesis.(2)The influence of the characteristics of farm households on farmers comprehensive development index is not significant in statistical sense,regression coefficient is1.145,the original hypothesis does not pass the test. Although this factor in statistical significance does not pass the examination,there is a big significance to the improvement of income with the improvement of housing conditions in reality.Farmers living conditions improved can also improve farmers comprehensive development index,farmers cultivated tools,heating not as income levels increase and improv,farmers transportation have greatly improved,entertainment is not rich,many people still like to watch TV and play cards,it is possible that this four factors lead farmers comprehensive development index to be non significant.(3)Farmers comprehensive development index by farmers for the eco-village construction effect is significant and positive, coefficient is 10.423.The higher cognitive level of the farmers of the eco-village construction is,the higher the farmer’s comprehensive development index is.The stronger the farmers for the eco-village construction will be,the greater development index is.(4)The factors from Eco-village itself have a positive and significant effect on comprehensive development index,the regression coefficient is 7.489,the infrastructure is a vital link of the construction of the eco-village,Without a good infrastructure,Ecological village construction is difficult to imagine.Countries,in the construction of ecological village,first will improve basic conditions of water, electricity, communications and transportation in order to guarantee the eco-village construction smoothly, Which, in the construction of ecological village,is bound to provide benefits for farmers,therefore,the construction needs everyone to contribute to complete construction,which needs to raise farmers and eco-village construction project is a collective construction, it also can arouse the enthusiasm of farmers construction ecological village. Village cadres is the main body of ecological village construction,the villagers are the basis of ecological village construction.Village cadres behavior affects the eco-village construction direction.Therefore,in the construction of ecological village, the villagers and village cadres need to work together,take the advantage of the maximum effectiveness in terms of technology,human and material resources,which make farmers and eco-village beneficial.
