Research On The Function Of Virtual Nursing Home In Traditional Old-Age Care Model And New Old-Age Care Model

The problem of old age has been an important aspect of the government and the society.How to solve the problem has become a hot topic for scholars to study and explore.With the acceleration of our population aging process,the restructuring of the family structure,the increasing of old age,loss or half disabled elderly,the population dependency ratio is increasing.All these have brought great pressure on the increasingly serious pension situation.According to the difference of the provider of the pension fund or pension service,the old-age model is usually divided into self-old age,family pension and social pension.Only a few elderly people can achieve complete self-care with the increasing of the age and the declining of the self-care ability.Because of the family of miniaturization and empty nest,as well as the change of the way of residence among the elderly and children,the family pension has been weaken.As a result,the social pension model has become the main direction to solve the problem.In order to promote the justice and fairness of the society and solve the problem of different members,a more equitable and sustainable social security system must be built.The Law on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of the Elderly also stipulates that the establishment and improvement of urban and rural community pension services.It is an important task for local governments at different levels to provide daily care,professional care,psychological comfort and other forms of service for elderly people living in their own homes.At the same time,the government also needs to guide and support other institutions,organizations and members of the community to join them.From the practical point of view,many regions of our country have conducted a pilot model of home care,and have achieved considerable results.Virtual pension model has been into the public vision with the development of the Internet,communications and other technology.Conditional areas have begun to explore the virtual pension model,which can integrate the elements of the community,to solve the "old support" problem better.This paper takes the virtual nursing home as the research object and defines the old-age model from the combination of daily life and housing and the supply of old-age service,dividing the old-age model into the traditional pension model and the modern pension model and giving an overall analysis of the advantages and disadvantages among the family pension model,institution pension model and home pension model.This paper discusses the important role of virtual nursing horme in traditional and new pension model.We cannot meet the growing pension needs with only one specific model.It is clear that virtual nursing home is an important way to realize the new socialized old-age models and is the main direction of China's future pension in the new situation.Virtual nursing home builds a bridge between families,institutions and government and innovates the supply of old-age services with the form of the Internet ?,which not only integrating the resources,but also improving the level of service supply and quality.Only through the co-ordination of families,social institutions,social organizations and the government can we provide more effective old-age care services for the elderly.This paper also analyzes and discusses the necessity and feasibility of constructing virtual nursing home and the advantages of virtual nursing home.This paper also presents the case of virtual nursing home in Kunshan and puts forward the countermeasure suggestion of constructing virtual nursing home,hoping to provide a reference for the improvement of our country's old-age model.
