| Since the 1980 s,the implementation of the family planning policy, to some extent,has reduced the speed of population growth,promoted the development of the economy.On the other hand,it also has made process of our population aging accelerated, the family structure miniaturized, and traditional family endowment function impaired.At the same time,China’s economic development level is desired to improve and the configuration of nursing home is difficult to meet the demand of the aged people.In addition,due to the influence of traditional concepts,the aged people and their families are not willing to accept the institutions endowment,so the development of institutions endowment is facing a dilemma.The traditional family endowment service pattern is unable to mobilize all powers, thus it is difficult to make full use of the endowment of resources,form a long-term mechanism and maintain development impetus.In this case,the virtual nursing home emerges as a new virtual pension service mode.Virtual nursing home, making use of information technology platform, supported by the community, is incorporated into the social organizations and enterprises to provide the aged people with endowment service, which offers the aged people social institutions endowment service without leaving home.As a result, it not only provides the aged people with the same service institution endowment provided, but also makes up the shortcomings of institutional pension for lack of family affection.This study mainly introduces a new pension service model with combination of family pension, modern communication technology and community service by doing pilot field survey in the virtual nursing home in Beijing and analyzing the characteristics of the pilot and the main problems in the process. Besides, completed specific measures are proposed by drawing lessons from the successful experiences, such as Suzhou model and Lanzhou model. |
