Research On The Problem Of Elderly Care Services In Virtual Nursing Homes In My Country From The Perspective Of Supply And Demand

At the beginning of the 20th century,China officially stepped into an aging society.Different from developed countries,China's aging society presents the characteristics of a large base of elderly population,rapid growth and a large number of elderly people with difficulties.At the same time,when China entered the aging society,its per capita GDP was less than US $1,000.The aging society was significantly ahead of industrialization,showing the social characteristics of getting old before getting rich.With the miniaturization of family structure and the rapid increase of the old-age dependency ratio,the traditional family endowment and institutional endowment can't meet the actual endowment demand,and a new pension model is urgently needed to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand.Virtual nursing home as a new type of community home endowment mode,on the basis of government guidance,social organization volunteers mobilize enterprises such as various social main body,based on a unified intelligent information service platform,connect pension service suppliers and demanders,to provide the accurate and timely and efficient for the old pension services,complying with the will of the old house,save the cost of social endowment.However,as a new thing,it also faces some difficulties in the process of practical operation.In this paper,the virtual nursing home of ChengGuan District,Lanzhou City,which has been in operation for a long time,is selected as the research object.From the perspective of supply and demand,the literature research method,the interview method and the questionnaire survey method are comprehensively applied to carry out field research.The theoretical research basis is based on the welfare pluralism theory,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and social embedding theory.The survey found that the current problems of virtual nursing homes in Chengguan District of Lanzhou are mainly divided into four aspects:First,the imbalance between supply and demand,services are not high quality;Secondly,the attribute of government subject is too heavy,and the participation of social subject is limited.Third,lack of publicity and information asymmetry;Fourth,the lack of professionals,service team level needs to be improved.The reasons are as follows:first,there is a lack of top-level design and overall management;second,the degree of marketization is low,and the pattern of multi-subject participation has not been formed;third,the development conditions of the smart home pension model are not mature;fourth,there is a lack of attracting mechanism for professional pension service personnel.On the basis of the above research,this paper,by summarizing the advanced experience of home care services in China,combined with the reality,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the dilemma of virtual nursing homes in China.First,on the premise of government leadership,through the formulation of policies and regulations supervision and evaluation mechanism,improve the security measures of virtual nursing homes;Second,on the basis of market operation,pay attention to the dynamic matching between supply and demand of old-age care services,improve the contents of old-age care services,and develop old-age service products;Third,strengthen community service and improve the construction of volunteer service team by attracting old-age service talents,mobilize social forces to achieve cooperation and co-governance;Fourth,it is necessary to increase the publicity and training of intelligent elderly care services,strengthen the construction of information platforms,and bridge the digital gap between the elderly.
