Study On The Governance Of Hollow Village In The Yuzhou City

Since the reform and opening, especially the pushing of household contract responsibility system, the surplus rural labor force has increased steadily and the process of urbanization has been carried out,so the rural population transfer to the city has become an irreversible trend. On the one hand,it provides a stable source of labor for city development in China; on the other hand, it caused the loss of the rural population and rural hollowing deterioration. Based on governance of hollow villages of Yuzhou city from view of Chinese and foreign experts and scholars,The author deeply enalycas the present situation,cause of hollow villages of YuZhou city and typical bases of the YuZhou municipal government in the hollow villages. combined with the experience of domestic and foreign similar situation,the author puts forward three ways to resolve the hollow villages.Including the urbaninzation,central village construction and village intension.The author attempts to describe the overall narrative structure of the thesis in the first chapter. It mainly introduces the background and the significance of Yuzhou city's hollow village research and some basic concepts used in the thesis.The second chapter introduces the formation of hollow villagesin Yuzhou city.including three parts: an overview of Yuzhon city, rhe current situation and the reasons for the formation of the hollow villages in Yuzhou city to help the readers understand the current economic and social development of Yuzhou city, thus forming the general background of hollow villages in Yuzhou city. Base on the in-depth analysis of the background and the reasons for rhe foemation od hollow villages in Yuzhou city, the author summarizes the hollow village goverance measures, combined with the in-depth analysis of typical samples in hollow villages and the existing problems of hollow village goverance in Yuzhou city.The fourth chapter is on the similar domestic and foreign experience. It mainly introduces the experience in Yongcheng city, Henan province, Weifang city,Shandong province and Baiyun district, zhongluotan town in China and the experience in Germany, Japan and France. In the fifth chapter, the author putsforward three ways to resolve the hollow village governance in Yuzhou city,including the urbanization, central village construction and village intension. The last chapter is a summary of this paper and the prospects for the development and the background of the research on the new urbanization of the hollow village governance.Based on the hollow village governance measures of the new-style urbanination proposed by China. and integrated into the national internet strategy innovatively, the author puts forward the combination of the governance of holliw villages and the national internet strategy such as on-line education, rural e-commerce and agricultural ibterbet of things. Deeply analysised the relation between them, the author gets that the development of the national Internet strategy can finally boost the resolution of rural hollowing.Rural hollow is the result of China'urban-rural dual structure. In the long run,to solve the hollow villages, the measure is to achieve the goal of equalization of urban and rural public services.
