With the constant development of urbanization,"hollow village" has gradually become a key issue of social concern."Hollow village" is a common phenomenon in China's economic and social development. It is neither scientific nor practical to eliminate the governance scheme of "hollow village" in a short term."Empty villages" will not only affect the construction of human living environment, the welfare of farmers and the stability of rural areas, but also affect the overall strategic situation of new rural construction and urban-rural integrated development.Actively exploring the governance of "empty villages" is not only the inevitable requirement of promoting new urbanization, but also the due meaning of promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity. This thesis studies the problem of "hollow village" by combining theory with practice, literature review, comparative analysis and case analysis. In the process of exploring the governance path of "hollow village",new urbanization theory, land resource optimal allocation theory,push-pull theory and urban-rural integration theory were applied, which provided strong support for the writing of this thesis. After studying the characteristics and governance status of "hollow village" in weixian county, hebei province as a specific case,it is found that the governance of"hollow village" is faced with the following difficulties:unreasonable internal structure layout of the village and serious waste of land resources;Lack of talent attraction policy, agricultural industrialization development speed slow;Relevant departments have no systematic and effective management methods, and the definition of management subjects is unclear. The development of rural economy and society is slow under the double attack of public spirit and rural culture. The supply of public goods and infrastructure construction is insufficient, and the needs of villagers cannot be guaranteed. In this thesis,Suggestions on deepening industrial integration and developing rural tourism are put forward to govern the "hollow village",so as to enrich and diversify the governance paths. At the same time, this thesis does not analyze the problems of "hollow village" governance from the overall perspective of China's rural areas and then find the governance path.Instead,it takes more than 500 administrative villages in weixian county, hebei as examples, and makes a specific and in-depth analysis. This thesis innovatively puts forward some new Suggestions, such as deepening industrial integration,to enrich and diversify the governance path of "hollow village".At the same time,it does not analyze the governance problem of"hollow village" from the perspective of China's overall rural area and find the governance research path. However,it takes over 500 administrative villages in Weixian County,Hebei province as an example to analyze and study them concretely with data, and it also has certain academic innovation from the perspective of example. However, due to lack of practical experience and limited academic level, the research and analysis of part of the content is not quite perfect. For the part of the analysis of the "empty village" problem in Weixian County, the data collection is not complete in all aspects."Hollow village" will not only affect the welfare of farmers and rural stability, but also affect the planning and construction of new rural areas and the overall development of urban and rural areas.Efforts to find the governance path of'hollow village" are not only the basic requirement of accelerating the construction of new-type urbanization, but also the significance of promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.
