Psychological Adjustment Research Township Cadres Of The New Normal

Township cadres,charged with maintaining social stability and serving the public,are the ruling force which can't be ignored.They are practitioner of the socialist market economy,guardian for the steady development of the socialist market economy,maintaining civil order at the basic level and guarding the vital interests of the people.Since the founding of new China,with the continuous change and reform of township management system,China's economic and social functions has undergone many changes in the management system and responsibilities which has brought new opportunities for the development in towns.However,it also brought new challenges and requirements.for township cadres.is also facing To adapt these challenges and requirements,it is an essential prerequisite to keep a good mental state.However,from the point of view of psychology and management science,violation of mental health standards and misconduct in common among our township cadres which has exerted a negative impact on normal operation of the township.Therefore,to ensure mental health,alleviate psychological discomfort and improve the ability of psychological adjustment of township cadres by analyzing reasons from aspects of social impact,occupational stress and their personal factors has become very urgent and worthy of researching under the new normal.The thesis,taking B town,A County in Shanxi Province under the new normal as the studying case,not only focuses on multi-disciplinary analysis,but also pays attention to the cross correlation between the causes and manifestations.On the basis of collecting all kinds of information both in literature and investigations,the thesis gives a detailed analysis and summary mental imbalance,grievance,anxiety and other psychological discomfort of cadres in B town,A county.By analyzing disorder of living condition,"ringing bells" phenomenon,"commuting" phenomenon and mental fatigue present in cadres in B town,we discover inner psychological manifestations behind these symptoms and summarize the outer manifestation of grievances,anxiety,etc..We conduct an all-round analysis on the "psychological discomfort" and finally find reasons in terms of pressure from accountability,social environment,public opinion and other specific causes;Given the basis,we propose to increase the positive publicity in social environment,optimize working environment in governmental organizations and achieve self-improvement for cadres in their own perspectives and therefore provide a research which can learned to build physical and mental health of the township government cadres and strengthen governing capacity.
