For the comprehensive and deepening reform of the government,to build a service-oriented government,the core content is to optimize the management system to make its operation performance higher.The effective performance of the functions of the grassroots tax authorities is inseparable from the contributions of the grassroots tax cadres.However,in recent years,with the increase of grass-roots affairs,the work pressure faced by grass-roots tax cadres is also increasing.The high-intensity workload has a greater impact on their mental health.Under this background,how to achieve It is of great significance to effectively reduce the psychological pressure of grassroots tax cadres to help them better perform their duties under reasonable pressure,so as to provide better services to the people.This article takes the grassroots tax cadres of the Taxation Bureau of QZ City as the research object,using diversified research methods,including questionnaires,literature research and interview methods,to discuss the pressure of grassroots tax cadres and propose countermeasures.In this analysis,the author focused on investigating the tax cadres of the QZ Taxation Bureau,studying their psychological stress,and conducting interviews with individual subjects.After the results of the questionnaire survey were obtained,the SPSS software was used for statistics and analysis,and they found their stress.From all aspects,it mainly involves 5 aspects,namely family pressure,work pressure,economic pressure,interpersonal pressure and social pressure.Among them,there are 4 kinds of stress levels belonging to the upper middle level,namely family pressure,interpersonal pressure,work pressure and financial pressure,and the remaining pressure levels are relatively small.Different cadres’ perceptions of different pressure sources are also quite different.According to the interview results,the causes of psychological stress for taxation civil servants in QZ City Taxation Bureau are:(1)personal reasons,including slow improvement of personal ability,bias in cognitive evaluation of individual stress,utilitarianization of individual value orientation,and imperfect social support system of individuals;(2)organizational reasons,including few opportunities for job promotion,busy daily work,unfair performance appraisal,high risk of law enforcement,"challenges" to team stability,and decline in income after subsidy reform;(3)environmental reasons,including economic circumstances and social cognitive bias.In order to promote the highly efficient work of the grassroots taxation system and reduce the psychological pressure of the grassroots taxation civil servants,it is of great necessity to(1)guide the cadres to release their own pressure at the individual level,including correct understanding of pressure,correct individual cognition,establish correct values and cultivate healthy living habits.(2)At the organizational level,we should adhere to the concept of people-oriented management,allocate human resources reasonably,build a reasonable knowledge structure of the taxation cadres,and establish a scientific and reasonable assessment mechanism and an incentive mechanism that meets individual needs.(3)From the environment perspective,we have to create an atmosphere to reduce the burden and pressure,including improving social cognition,seeking care from all walks of life,and taxpayers should strictly obey the tax law and strengthen the tax culture.Eventually,we will achieve reasonable release of psychological pressure on grassroots tax cadres and promote their physical and mental health and gain our work performance promoted.
