Research Of The Police Role Under The People's Livelihood Police

The key to build a service-oriented government and construct a harmonious society is to solve the problem of all kinds of people's livelihood and eliminate people's worries.In the process of building the new China socialism with Chinese characteristics,policeman take a place in the process,owe to the professional features,our policeman need to creat a peace,stable,fair social environment.If we still use the old policing model in the new era,it will hinder the construction of harmonious society,our policemen must follow the timing of the transformation of the government function transformation and reposition itself.The policing on people's livelihood is what I'll study in this article.The word people's livelihood police is created in 2009.Since then,all over the country began to reform the old policing model,multi-pronged,such as electronic police,police sinking measures to shorten the distence to the masses.After a few years,the relationship between people and police still not ease,people always not satisfied with the policeman.The author makes a deep research on this question,found out that some policeman hold no brief for this reform,there is conflict of ideas,some think it is just a play by directors,they didn't know the people's livelihood police well.I found it is mainly because the conflict between the role of the police.Therefor,the research on the police role existing under the people's livelihood police is very important,it will do a great help to promote the process of reform.This article is divided into five parts,the first part mainly on the authors research background and significance of this topic,the police role at home and abroad research trends,research content and method in this paper.The second part is theoretical part,it mainly talks about the concept of the police role,which leads to the meaning and characteristics of the police role,and made a brief introduction of the police role and its development since the new China had been established in our country,points out that under the background of different political and economic atmosphere,the police role changed slowly from the initial to maintain national stability as the main content,to preventing and cracking down on crimes in the new period,guide and service for the masses.The third part expounds the background of the people's livelihood police,it's about the change of the government,the diversity demand and the change of the police globalization,and also points out what police role acts like under the people's livelihood police,like a guardian trains inside and outside,a professional enforcer,the active servicer.The fourth part analyzes the current situation,the reality of the police role performance,namely them the fade away guardian,the enforcer can not be accepted,the silent servicer.The fifth part combines the reality of the police role performance,from three aspects,analysis the reasons for this situation.Finally,the comprehensive real manifestation of the police role and role conflict reason,put forward two aspects to adjust the police role under the people's livelihood police.One is multi-pronged to ease the tense,like perfect the laws,lead the society,raise police awareness.The other is renew the idea of work and strengthen the construction of the role...
