Nowadays,aging trend is developing rapidly.Pension issues have become increasingly prominent.Especially in China,influenced by the traditional idea and culture,family endowment is the preferred way for people to care for the aged.But with the shrinking of family size,family support function has galvanized.Also the pension agency has a lot of problems.Under such background,basic service organization with its unique advantages,then the role they played in the pension continues to rise.Relying on the community home care model has gradually become the most feasible mode.It not only can meet the different needs of the elderly,but also can promote the development of social economy.This thesis consists of four chapters.In the rutherfordium,summarize the meaning of researching the topic,the status researched by the domestic and foreign scholars,method of research,research innovation,and the lack of research.The first chapter introduces the characteristic and types of the needs of the elderly,and the relevant theory.Especially the basic principles of Marxism..Chapter ? pointed out the existence of defects,administrative services means the operations is still the main driving force for the operation of a single source of funding channels,propaganda is not enough,economic foundation is weak,services can not meet the needs of the diversity of the elderly,service personnel instability,lack of professional training.Chapter?analysis of typical home care model in foreign countries.Chapter? introduce the measures to improve community service of aged care at home from different point of view.We hope we can find a better way to promote the home-based care for the aged in China.
