Research On The Realistic Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Wuzhong District Government’s Purchase Of "Internet+" Home-based Care Services

Since the founding of new China in 1949,the degree of aging has been on the rise.The world health organization(who)had done forecast,if current aging degree of development,China in 2050,there will be more than 35%of the elderly,become by far the most worldwide aging population of a country.Faced with such serious aging population situation,a surge in elderly population,from since the founding of the formation of the pension service system to meet the needs of development,especially old people living area occupy the concentration,the service content is complicated,high service cost comparison of these reasons,making the traditional pension services experiencing an unprecedented challenge.In today’s era,the rise of the Internet has changed our life and the development model of all walks of life,which may point out a new development direction for the existing pension development in China.At present,pension services in all parts of China are exploring new paths.According to the characteristics of home-based pension services and the combination of Internet technology,practice has proved to be conducive to the establishment of a platform for information exchange between the supply and demand of pension services.It is conducive to the diversification and high-quality development of home-based elderly care services.It is also conducive to strengthening the supervision of service providers,thus forcing third-party service agencies to improve service efficiency and management efficiency.When writing this paper,it used literature research method,interview method,case analysis method and other research methods to clarify the background and significance of the research,the current domestic and foreign achievements of "Internet+"home-based old-age care,and clarified the relevant concepts and theoretical basis.After the above theoretical analysis,specific case analysis is carried out.Starting from the development process of combining the Internet and home-based pension service in Wuzhong district,this paper further analyzes the difficulties encountered in the process of development and the underlying reasons for the difficulties.Not only that,the article also learn from some regions and countries at home and abroad experience,good combination of Wuzhong district,targeted put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to solve the problem,the related policy for the government to provide some systematic theoretical basis,thereby creating tangible "house" happiness,let the old man abetted at home.
