Research On The Service Of Anhui Communist Youth League Organization For The Youth Entrepreneurship

As the driving force of social and economic development, youth entrepreneurship is one of the important topics related to social stability and development. In the context of international financial crisis and domestic industrial structure adjustment, a large number of young people, especially college and university graduates, are facing greater difficulty in employment and it is even harder for them to begin an undertaking on their own, which also results in the gradual emergence of relevant social problems. Premier Li Keqiang pointed out in the annual government work report at the opening meeting of the third plenary session of the 12th National People's Congress that "we need to develop twin engines to drive development:popular entrepreneurship and innovation, paired with increased supplies of public goods and services". It can be seen that "entrepreneurship" has already been included into the top priority agenda of the government.The Communist Youth League, as the assistant and reserve force of the Party, is the bridge contacting young people. To solve the problem of youth entrepreneurship which has attracted the attention of the government, youth, and society, and help the Party Committee and government solve the hot-spot issue and difficulties reflect the transform of work function and active exercise of the four basic functions of the Communist Youth League in the new period. Meanwhile, it is the inevitable requirement for the Communist Youth League to adapt to the new environment and provides new development opportunities for it to maintain the lawful rights of the youth and their participation in social management and public service.From the perspective of public management, this paper elaborates on a diversity of measures taken by Anhui Communist Youth League Organization to serve for the youth entrepreneurship through integration of resources and making policies, hoping to find breakthrough from these measures and shortcomings.The research of the paper is composed of four major parts. Firstly, it introduces the purpose and significance of the Communist Youth League to serve for youth entrepreneurship, the status of research at home and abroad, the research methodology, and the innovation and limitations.Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of the youth entrepreneurship in Anhui on the basis of questionnaire and discussion on some college students and youth starting new undertakings in Anhui province and elaborates on the policies released and measures taken by Anhui Communist Youth League Organization to serve for youth entrepreneurship as well as the achievements to conclude relevant experience from them.Thirdly, it tries to find the solutions for problems and difficulty points in the work to further promote the service for youth entrepreneurship by Communist Youth League Organization.Finally, after summarizing the work on serving for youth entrepreneurship by Anhui Communist Youth League Organization in recent years, it puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures for the Communist Youth League Organization to serve for youth entrepreneurship in the new period from creating atmosphere, consolidating knowledge, solve difficulties, dredge achannels, and maintain rights.
