Based On The DEA Model Sports Volunteer Service Performance Evaluation Organization

Along with the vigorous development of undertakings of physical culture and sports, more and more big sporting events held in our country, the scale of the volunteer organizations and requirements are also gradually expanded. At present,the volunteers have become the hold of the important factors of the success of the sports events. This article in view of the current sports volunteer service performance related issues, mainly divides into four parts of sports volunteer organization in terms of DEA model to evaluate service performance analysis. The first part is the introduction part,the introduction part mainly from the current research background,analyses the significance of this article, volunteers will be how to correctly and objectively put forward organizational performance evaluation system, hope to be able to as rich sports volunteers contribute to organizational performance evaluation research. And the research objects and research methods are introduced. The research object of this article is to sports volunteer service performance evaluation of the organization. Research methods are literature method, questionnaire investigation,expert interview method and data envelopment analysis(dea) method. The second part is literature review, this paper analyzes the theory of sport volunteers were reviewed, the sports volunteer's research field, the development of the sports volunteer organization and management and the study of sports volunteers related theory at home and abroad, and elaborates the related literature on the performance evaluation theory. The third part is the results analysis. Results of the study of this article, sports volunteer status and existing problems in performance appraisal, the basic theory of sports volunteer organization performance evaluation support analysis, and empirical analysis research to the DEA model. The fourth part is the conclusion part, in view of the problems existing in the sports volunteer organization of the service puts forward the corresponding Suggestions and countermeasures, and then improve the volunteer service performance of the organization.
