Research On The Volunteer Service "Voluntary Failure" Of Colege Students In Sports Events

This paper studies the phenomenon of "voluntary failure" of college students’ volunteer service in sports events,and comprehensively uses five methods,including literature data method,mathematical statistics method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and comparative analysis method,to study the 16 th sports meeting of Fujian Province.Volunteers are the research subjects,and analyze the phenomenon of“voluntary failure” and negative emotions that they appear in volunteer service.Based on the theory of planned behavior,the paper analyzes the voluntary participation of volunteers in sports events,and analyzes the collected data by frequency analysis,descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and differential analysis.The research results are as follows: In the 16 th Sports Meeting of Fujian Province,the participation of college students in volunteer service was organized by the school without the subjective willingness of the students.Among the volunteers surveyed,72 volunteers were involuntarily involved in the intent,and through the pre-survey,expert interviews,and feedback from student interviews,some students participated in volunteer service with negative emotions and behavioral burnout.There are some “voluntary failures” in the volunteer service of the provincial sports meeting.two.At the 16 th Sports Meeting in Fujian Province,attitude was the main factor that triggered the phenomenon of“voluntary failure” of college students’ volunteer service activities.It was positively correlated with the intention to participate,and perceptual behavior control was another important factor that triggered the phenomenon of “ voluntary failure ”.three.The phenomenon of “voluntary failure” in sports academies,academies of biology,and tourism is the largest,respectively,which is related to their external factors such as grade,professional,training time,service content,and logistics support.From the perspective of differential analysis,there are significant differences between genders,majors,and grades.In terms of gender,girls’ attitudes are more positive than boys’,and are easily influenced by subjective norms and perceived behaviors.Professionally,the students of the College of Education and Art are most active in attitudes.The School of Physical Education,theSchool of Tourism,and the School of Education and Art are least affected by subjective norms and perceived behavioral control.At the grade level,the sophomore year is more active than the fourth grade,and is least affected by subjective norms and perceived behavioral control.four.The Logistics Support Department and the Volunteer Department of the Provincial Games established the “Full Prevention and Control Plan for Volunteer Work of the 16 th Sports Meeting of Fujian Province”,but there were omissions in the implementation,resulting in some insufficient or insufficient protection.Happening.Finally,based on the research results,the following suggestions are put forward: 1.Emphasis on guiding college students’ attitude towards volunteer activities.2.Reducing the standard of the school system for college students,attaching importance to the guidance of college students and social morality to college students.3.Improve the management system of college students’ volunteers.4.Establish a sound guarantee mechanism,strictly enforce it,and avoid the inadequacy of logistical support.
