The unemployment insurance system is an integral part of China's social security system. Although China's unemployment insurance system constantly along with the market economy footsteps, but there are still some problems in the practice of unemployment insurance system, mainly reflected in the unemployment insurance coverage is narrow, the overall level of the unemployment insurance fund is low, low level legislation, the function of promoting re employment not perfect, the problem of unemployment insurance payment system is not reasonable. The reason is mainly affected by the level of economic development, national policy and government executive level, the effects of the unemployment insurance system design itself.The third part is about the development and reference of foreign unemployment insurance system. It mainly introduces the United States, Britain, Germany, unemployment insurance system, which provides inspiration for the improvement of the legal system of unemployment insurance in China.The fourth part is to improve the unemployment insurance system in our country.
