As one of the hottest research topics in psychology and management, working satisfaction has becoming more and more concerned theoretically and practically by researchers. As an attitude, working satisfaction will influence workers' resignation, absence, efficiency and psychological health, etc. As a special organization distinguishing from enterprise, government offices mainly serve the people and civil servants in these offices should great responsibility. How they are satisfied with their work will directly affect those government offices' efficiency, quality of their service and public image. This thesis researches on the working satisfaction of those civil servants in Tibet and aims to find out some practical facts that may influence their working attitude in order to give reference for the government to manage civil servant.Based on the domestic mature measuring table on working satisfaction for reference, this thesis creates a measuring table on working satisfaction of the Tibet civil servant through interview, communication as well as consultation with specialists. After a small-scale test, under the help of statistic analyses soft ware SPPSS13.0, this thesis makes some revisions and adjustments on the postulating table in the method of Exploratory factor analysis; then, checks its reliability through Cronbach'alpha coefficient; and finally forms the formal table. Through the analyses of the resulting data of questionnaire investigation, the following conclusions can be got: 1.the five dimensions related with the working satisfaction of those civil servants in Tibet include orgnaization environment, job itself, material repay, interpersonal relationships and working environments,among which the material repay and job itself are most powerful in postulating the degree of their working satisfaction;2.Different demographic variable and the civil servant's divergent attitudes on the factors concerned with their work may also lead to different degrees of their whole working satisfaction.According to the results above, this thesis gives following suggestion for the construction of Tibet civil servant: 1.increase their bounty as encouragement; 2.pay attention to their spiritual pursuit; 3.construct harmonious interpersonal relationships; 4.promote Tibet civil servant's whole quality;5.concern their psychological health; 6.better their working conditions.
