Performance Evaluation Of City Public Service Supply In Fujian Province

Since the Reform and Opening up, China has made remarkable achievements in economic and social aspects, but it also faces much challenge.China is in a stage of economic transition,and it strives to build a service-oriented government,this should become the core of current administration reform.After that,the "governing for people "and "people--oriented"thought has become the important guiding thought of the Chinese Communist' Party.The service-oriented government is under the guidance of "people-oriented",regarding service-oriented government as a guidance model of government to serve the community,at same time,service-oriented government is an indispensable condition to build a harmonious society.An important part of building service-oriented is to let the public feel satisfaction,and performance evaluation of the supply of public service has become one of the important means to urge the government to function sufficiently.In recent decades, performance evaluation of urban public service supply has developed rapidly in West,Chinese scholars have begun to thought gradually increase focus on performance evaluation of the study of city government public service supply,which wants to improve the city public service supply through an scientific and effective performance evaluation.For this reason,the research on the performance evaluation of urban public service supply has a remarkable practical value.From the achievement of existing studies,the studies of performance evaluation of urban public service supply are mostly from the aspect of government itself,there is very few studies of performance evaluation of city public service supply from the aspect of public people,as the customer of city public service supply,the satisfaction of public has reference value for improving city public. As for,this paper uses customer satisfaction as a perspective to study city public service has a certain research value.Taking Fujina citizen for the survey, this paper mainly uses questionnaire for data collection.Firstly,it sorts out foreign related study achievement which is about performance evaluation of city public service supply,and it also elaborated theory and practical meaning of performance evaluation of public service supply. Secondly,based on the concepts and theories of urban public service to a comprehensive overview on the basis of theoretical research,to build Fujian performance evaluation of city public service supply model.The evaluation model which includes 8 dimensions,52 indicators:public environment;social security;public transport;health care;basic education;employment service;public safety;public basic infrastructure. Based on the data,it uses SPSS20.0 statistical tools, uses basic method describe a brief description of expectation and satisfaction of performance evaluation of public service supply.and the uses T/F test to describe the different background variables and satisfaction variables analysis,we get a glimpse of problems of the Fujian city public service supply.Finally,according to the results of the performance evaluation of public service supply of Fujian province,it puts forward relative suggestions and measurements.
