Research On Public Transportation Optimization Of Urumqi City Based On Public Satisfaction Evaluation

Public transportation is a social public utility that meets the basic travel needs of the public.It also supports the connection and operation of the city.With the spread of the city and the progress of society,the public’s travel needs and expectations are also becoming diversified and individualized.The direction has changed,and the pressure on public transportation has increased sharply.Based on this,the state has successively proposed the decision-making and planning of a transit city model city and the strategic deployment of a transportation power country in order to build public transportation that is satisfactory to the people.In this scenario,this article chooses public transportation public satisfaction in Urumqi as the starting point to carry out research work.The purpose is to understand the current governance status of public transportation in Urumqi and public satisfaction,and find deficiencies and problems from the governance status and satisfactory results.In order to be able to put forward targeted practical optimization suggestions.Under the guidance of this goal,this article starts from the introduction to comb the research summary of the theoretical and empirical evaluation of service-oriented government performance evaluation and satisfaction,and introduces the research methods of the structural equation model mainly used in this article.Under the guidance of goals,theories and methods,the research work of this article will be carried out from the following steps:Firstly,the thesis defines the concepts of public transportation,customer satisfaction,and public satisfaction,and clarifies the scope and content of the research.In terms of theoretical foundation and reference: one is based on the theory of service-oriented government,and the public satisfaction evaluation is carried out along the subject of service-oriented government’s performance evaluation;the second is to learn from the research methods of satisfaction theory and choose the structural equation model(SEM)as the article The main research methods,and the Chinese Customer Satisfaction Index Model(CCSI)is determined as the prototype of the theoretical model of this article;the third is to thoroughly examine the key points involved in the construction of a strong transportation country,and provide a theory for the construction of the evaluation index system and the thinking of countermeasures and suggestions in the following article.Secondly,the thesis starts from the triple governance dilemma of public transportation in Urumqi,and discusses the five main governance paths and the basic results that Urumqi has adopted for public transportation under the predicament,and analyzes the five deficiencies and problems that still exist.This describes the current situation of public transportation governance in Urumqi,and provides a realistic basis for the study of the thesis.Thirdly,it is mainly to conduct an empirical investigation and analysis of public satisfaction in public transportation in Urumqi.The first is to start with the establishment of the structural model of the evaluation and the refinement of the measurement index system.Put forward research hypotheses and draw a path relationship diagram of the model;the second is to collect the sample data volume that meets the expectations by designing the survey plan and implementing it in detail;the third is to conduct statistical analysis of the survey data,including data inspection,descriptive statistical analysis,and structure The analysis of the equation model provides an empirical analysis basis for the optimization countermeasures presented later.Finally,based on theoretical orientation,governance status,empirical analysis results,etc.,targeted optimization suggestions are made from five aspects:optimization mechanism,infrastructure,service optimization,smart transportation,and image enhancement,with a view to improving the future governance of public transportation in Urumqi.So as to effectively improve public satisfaction,and further boost the public’s willingness and support for public transportation.
