Research On The Optimization Of Government Public Service Supply From The Perspective Of Public Satisfaction

The development strategy of "small county,big city" plays an important role in promoting the development of rural economy in my country,improving the urbanization level of the central urban area of ??the county,improving the construction of urban facilities,improving people’s living standards,and improving public satisfaction in small towns.Provide public policies and services for urban development through targeted measures and public service supply in the construction of "small counties and large cities",to achieve high-quality urban development,improve public satisfaction,and achieve rational utilization and allocation of urban resources..Based on the perspective of public satisfaction,this paper conducts an empirical analysis on the current situation of public service supply in the development of "small counties and large cities" in S County and the problems existing in the supply of public service policies in the development of "small counties and large cities" in recent years,so as to propose targeted measures.It is suggested to provide reference for the "small county,big city" to provide higher-quality "small county big city" routes and public services to the development of small towns.In the research,based on the statistical data of field visits,the current situation of the supply of public services in S county "small county and big city" is explained from three aspects:public service policy,public security service and public economic service.Then,the self-compiled "Public Satisfaction Questionnaire for Public Service Supply" was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of government public services among 95 industrial practitioners and 208 county residents in "small counties and large cities" in S county.The survey results show that practitioners are highly satisfied with industrial policies,but not very satisfied with public safety,and county residents are not very satisfied with public industrial policies.On this basis,from the perspectives of public service policy pertinence,public security,public service economic support,etc.,the current problems and causes of public service supply in S county in the development of "small county and big city" are analyzed.And the current situation of public service supply in the construction of "small county and big city" in S County,the main reasons include the lack of preliminary investigation of public service supply and demand,the neglect of security construction measures for software services,and the lack of continuity of economic support measures.Finally,from the aspects of improving the pertinence of public service policies,policy implementation guarantees and optimizing income indicators,an optimization strategy is put forward to improve the public’s satisfaction with the government’s public service supply and promote the high-quality development of "small counties and large cities".
