Research On The Influence Factors Of Local Government Trust And Its Promotion Strategy

From the rise of the west government trust issues is very popular in Chinese and foreign academic circles have got close attention, the existing study achievements show that domestic and foreign scholars which trust in government are concentrating on theoretical overview and analysis of influencing factors of trust in government from the perspective of social capital, but the research object and the research method are simple. Based on this, this research is based on the theoretical study, it uses the questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method to explore the influence factors of local government trust. In combing trust and trust in government theory, this study focuses on the analysis of domestic and foreign scholars about trust in government key influence factors research, combined with the new public service theory, governance and good governance theory and local government trust type, and then put forward the quality of public services, the quality of civil servants theoretical models and assumptions on the influencing factors and design questionnaire to carry out on-the-spot investigation.Under the tutor's support, this paper has issued 982 questionnaires in Fujian Province, effective recovery by 977; by using spss21.0 statistical analysis software test of the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, the mean comparison method and multiple regression analysis on the research hypothesis and theoretical model of empirical analysis to verify. Study founds that in the demographic variables of local government trust unit type, residence time length, political affiliation and income had significant influence on the, and gender, marital status and education of different in local government trust does not exist significant differences; public service and the quality of civil servants of local government trust influence strength differences. Based on the empirical research results and conclusions, it puts forward the following ways to enhance the confidence of local government:the public interest for the perfect expression of channels, including improving government transparency, which is to improve the public's right to know, to expand the channels of interaction, strengthen social supervision, pays attention to public interests, a clear attribution of responsibility; secondly it improves the civil service quality promotion mechanism, including emphasis on skills the civil service training, enhance work skills, which strengthens the construction of civil servants moral enhancement, perfect training mechanism, promote the normalization of the quality of civil servants; finally we should establish the public service supply mechanism of cooperative governance, including adjusting government functions, strengthen the ability to provide basic public services to expand market access, pay attention to the supply of public service, efficiency and fairness pay attention to the quality of public services, improve the level of public service and efficiency.
