Research On Urban Community Home Care For The Elderly

China's aging problem has become a hot issue of concern in today's society, due to the accelerated process of the development of urban society and China's family planning policy implementation, the aging of the population, empty nesters began increases ceaselessly, let better in an elderly population with dignity, is to promote the harmonious development of society is important one annulus. Home care model, on the one with its irreplaceable superiority by the Chinese academic community and the government's praise. However, there are still a lot of differences in the implementation process, how to develop a good home care service model is the key to the healthy development of the model, this article from Lucheng District, Wenzhou City, the specific implementation of community home care service model, summarized the characteristics of the construction process, to find out the existing problems, propose solutions to improve the home care service mode, and finally realize the health and sustainable development of home care services.Through empirical analysis of Lucheng District elderly home care services, we find that there are some specific problems, such as the potential demand for home care, the realization of the demand, the lack of awareness, the lack of service content, the lack of market operation, the operation difficulty of government investment, the service center operation difficulty, the lack of service personnel training, and the lack of professional institutions and professionals in Lucheng.Through the above research, combined with the practice of Lucheng District, we put forward to improve and perfect the Countermeasures:first, we should improve the system of home care support system; secondly, we should expand the source of pension funds,third, encourage non profit organizations active participation; four is to continue to expand the team of volunteers; five is the integration of social resources, strengthen the construction of professional team; finally, to strengthen the social pension.
